Hi, I'm Marylou. I've spent 27 years in software, and one thing I've learned is that people don't always know what they need. They know there has to be an easier way.

That's where I come in. I ask questions, figure out what's taking too much time or causing frustration, research the options, and help decide what makes sense.

That might mean building a website, finding better software, simplifying how something gets done, or figuring out why the printer suddenly stopped working.

I've spent much of my career helping build software with a focus on the people using it. I've learned to spot problems before they become expensive, make complicated technology easier to understand, and build things people can use and maintain.

I've also watched too many small business owners lose access to their own websites, domains, accounts, and social media because someone else set everything up. A friend built the website. A relative created the Facebook page. A freelancer registered the domain. Then life happened, relationships changed, passwords disappeared, and the business owner was left trying to piece everything back together.

Your business should belong to you.

I can do the work for you or teach you how to do it yourself. Websites, marketing, social media, AI, or finding ways to eliminate repetitive tasks. If you want to learn, we'll use your own business as the classroom.
